Products & Availability

All clothing displayed on our online store is subject to availability.

While we make every effort to keep our stock information accurate, an item may occasionally become unavailable after an order has been placed. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the available options.

Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR).

The price displayed for the clothing at the time your order is placed will apply to your purchase, subject to any obvious pricing or system errors.

Payment

Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order, payment and delivery information supplied is correct.

Order Confirmation

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive confirmation of your order.

Please check your order information carefully and contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error.

Delivery

We offer delivery throughout South Africa.

A flat delivery fee of R39 applies to orders below R600.

Orders of R600 or more qualify for FREE delivery.

Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Delivery will generally take approximately 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the courier service.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, public holidays, adverse weather, remote delivery locations or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking information will be provided where available.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address and contact information when placing an order.

Cancellations

Should you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been dispatched, subject to any rights you may have under applicable South African consumer law.

Once an order has been dispatched, our Returns & Refunds Policy will apply.

Product Images & Colours

We make every effort to ensure that photographs, descriptions and colours displayed on our website represent our clothing as accurately as possible.

However, colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and individual screen or device settings.

Sizing

Clothing styles and cuts may differ between products.

Customers are encouraged to check the available sizing information carefully before placing an order.

Consumer Rights

Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions is intended to limit or exclude any rights available to customers under the Consumer Protection Act, Electronic Communications and Transactions Act or other applicable South African legislation.
